Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S, where you'll play a key role in developing the future standards of aseptic processing.


The Position


As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the work package deliverables for the Material Handling Work-Package, while supporting the overall project goals of delivering a world-class solution within a challenging time frame.


Your responsibilities will include project management of tasks within your work package, preparing documentation, managing test execution and validation, and coordinating with Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA).


One of the key aspects of this role is the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other project members to design and implement new equipment and processes.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong academic background in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management and technical project leadership.


Apart from your technical expertise, we're looking for a leader who can create results in a global stakeholder landscape, with a quality mindset and a drive to create the right solutions.


As an individual, you'll be skilled at establishing relationships, proactive, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable. You'll work systematically, be committed to your work and colleagues, and naturally good at collaborating and communicating.


About the Department


You'll be joining the Fill & Finish Expansions department, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT. We're a global team of approximately 20,000 employees, with a focus on designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects.
