We're seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming workplaces for the better. As a key player in our finance team, you will oversee critical financial operations across multiple entities.

The Job Expectations:
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support scale-up growth.
  2. Manage debt drawdown operations and optimize financial strategies using your deep understanding of banking.
  3. Ensure seamless financial operations by managing internal transactions, asset trading, and IC handling.
  4. Provide expert advice on tax compliance, VAT management, and financial playbooks.
  5. Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and systems, and implement changes accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with the business development team to provide financial guidance and support.

We're looking for a Finance Specialist with:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably with a background in banking, consulting, or scale-ups.
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex financial initiatives.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Business Central or F&O.
  4. A strategic mindset with a solid understanding of debt management and financial operations.
