Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with international standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality management systems
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or similar preferred
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality role; SAP experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
