Logistics and Operations Director

Vestas is seeking an experienced Logistics and Operations Director to join our team in Nakskov, Denmark. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and operations within our factory.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in managing logistics and operations teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of logistics software and processes.

• Lead the logistics and operations teams to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve logistics and operations processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports on logistics and operations performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and operations management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and processes

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. Our employees also enjoy a generous annual leave entitlement and flexible working arrangements.
