We're seeking an experienced Transformational Business Development Manager to lead our B2B team at IMPACT Extend. As our new Strategy & Consulting Director, you will be responsible for delivering strategic consulting and driving growth for leading B2B clients.

In this role, you will work closely with C-level stakeholders to develop intelligent solutions and industry insights. You will collaborate across teams, guide clients, and champion a consulting-first mindset.

The ideal candidate has a passion for B2B and a natural flair for spotting growth opportunities. They should have proven experience in complex sales and solution selling within commerce, strong pitch leadership skills, and commercial acumen. A well-established network and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Consultancy
  • Develop and deliver strategic consulting plans for C-level executives.
  • Provide tailored industry-specific advice that creates measurable business value.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and guide ongoing collaboration.
  • Monitor client satisfaction (CSAT) and design initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Business Growth & Performance
  • Drive and manage a portfolio with significant revenue responsibility.
  • Map and execute on a strategic roadmap for the unit, ensuring continuous growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across your portfolio.
