The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a seasoned Internal Communications professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years focusing on internal communications in an international leadership role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a strategic internal communications plan aligned with our business goals and organizational culture
  • Establishing the Internal Communications team, including designing processes, systems, and team structure
  • Creating and managing multi-channel internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, town halls, digital signage)
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies for major organizational initiatives, changes, and announcements
