About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team at Arla Foods amba. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital solutions that support our sustainability journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of digital solutions for CSR reporting, Product Carbon Footprint, and Sustainability reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with target architectures and oversee the necessary activities to keep technologies and platforms up to date.
  • Break down and estimate complex epics to features and features to stories enabling effective collaboration within agile teams.
  • Develop and maintain the architecture runway, including legacy overview and incorporation of sunsetting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure that Arla gets maximum value from the solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record in delivering digital solutions.
  • Education at Master's level within Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Knowledge in solution development, integration, and business intelligence.
  • Broad technical understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, APIs, and how to integrate standard solutions.
  • Deep understanding of databases and big data-related technologies, such as SQL, Data lakes, ETL pipelines, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.
  • Experience in delivering sustainability solutions and a solid understanding of Product Carbon Footprint and Product Environmental Methodology.
