Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team at Lundbeck A/S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training development and delivery, with a focus on innovative solutions for quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Designing and driving continuous improvement on framework training in Global IT with focus on innovative solutions.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and designing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and other awareness initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining training content in collaboration with subject matter experts from the IT organization
- Trending and reporting on quality deliverables for management reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our colleagues.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the success of our training programs.
- Providing regular reports to management on the status of our training initiatives.
