We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our experienced compliance team in an innovative, international environment at a global market-leading tech company.

In this role, you will assist our Director of Group Business Ethics & Compliance in preparing responses to internal and external information requests relevant to the overall compliance function. You will be part of a dynamic team located at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, working with GN's business ethics compliance at a strategic level – translating rules and regulations into internal requirements and policies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and following up on compliance audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented within agreed deadlines.
  • Maintaining and updating existing compliance policies, ensuring they are current, relevant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of the Compliance Champions Network, including enhancing the agenda, defining the scope and responsibilities, and delivering outcomes from meetings.
  • Contributing to the planning and global implementation of the third-party due diligence process, including ongoing monitoring and continuous process improvement.
  • Assisting with various other compliance-related projects as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A master's degree in business administration, Business Law, Finance, Communication, or a similarly relevant field.
  • Recent graduation and/or relevant experience.
  • Good analytical abilities and meticulous attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) would be an additional advantage.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to plan and organize projects with prioritization skills.
  • Positive nature and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Service-minded attitude.
