About the Role

As a Change Adoption and Engagement Expert, you will play a key role in enabling successful transformations by driving and executing on communication deliverables. You will work closely with the Senior Communications Partner and Change Managers within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure stakeholder engagement and change adoption.

Your primary responsibility will be to create presentations and content for town halls, short videos, SharePoint sites, and similar communication platforms. You will also use your expertise to design, develop, and implement communication deliverables, including communication plans according to the communication strategy for the IQ Program.

You will interact with a great team of strategy, project and portfolio, data and risk, and change management professionals who collaborate to make change happen. You will also use your passion for converting strategy to action to stay on top of what is happening across the organization.

  • A relevant degree in Communication or similar.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in executing communication plans and supporting the communication efforts and engagement of project teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and engagingly to stakeholders, both orally and in writing, while in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 features and mastery in executing creative and visually appealing communication products.
