Job Overview:
Bang & Olufsen is seeking an Ecommerce Content Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content for our .com site (pdp, plp, home etc.). This involves collaborating with creative, product and marketing teams to plan and develop site content, style and layouts. You will also liaise with content writers and our SEO manager to ensure brand consistency and maximize performance.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing an editorial, publishing calendar for our global site.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all published content.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring analytics and user behavior to identify trends and track KPIs, enabling data-driven improvements to enhance functionality, user flow, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
We are searching for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Content Manager in the B2C sector, ideally with exposure or firsthand experience in high-end/luxury consumer products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for websites, a creative mindset, and strong sense of design and user experience. Additionally, they should have familiarity with content management systems (CMS), experience working with Contentful is a plus, basic knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices, and ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, heat maps, and other tools to track performance and suggest improvements.
