To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master of Laws (cand.jur.) or equivalent applicable legal, business, financial or recognised compliance qualification.
  • 6+ years' experience in the compliance field.
  • Experience with business ethics and legal compliance, preferably on an international level.

You should also have strong initiative, flexibility, and business judgment, as well as the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels in our organization.

Experience from the transport or maritime industry is a plus but not a requirement.
