COWI's Business Partner organization is seeking an IT Support Trainee to join our creative team driving global IT solutions. As part of our Group IT, you'll work alongside international experts and collaborate closely with a diverse, global team.

Your daily work will consist of:

  • Telephone and personal support for our colleagues
  • Hardware and software setup
  • Troubleshooting and remediation on both hardware and software
  • Printers, Networking & Maintenance
  • Follow-up and documentation
  • Miscellaneous office work, including parcel dispatch and cleanup.

To succeed in this role, you should be eager to collaborate with others, respectful, and able to deliver on your promises. You should also be curious and welcoming in your attitude with a progressive approach.

Requirements include passing basic course 2 (Grundforløb 2) of the IT Supporter education, having solid Danish and English skills, and a deep understanding of IT.
