About the Role

Caseware International is seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer questions and requirements, and communicate these effectively to the internal organization.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation promptly.
  • Recognize bottlenecks and act accordingly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training to colleagues about our software.
  • Inspire sales colleagues to sell products correctly to customers.
  • Stay informed of market and professional developments, and apply this knowledge to the work.
Requirements
  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Several years of work experience as a Sales Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of accountancy processes and commerce.
  • Familiarity with Caseware products is an advantage.
  • Affinity with accountancy & ICT.
  • Eager to learn, show initiative, see, and seize opportunities.
  • Independent, but approachable colleague.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Perfect command of the Danish and English language.
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
