Presales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our team at Caseware. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into appropriate advice and/or Caseware solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer questions and requirements, and communicate these effectively to the internal organization.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation promptly.
- Recognize bottlenecks and act accordingly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training to colleagues about our software.
- Inspire sales colleagues to sell products correctly to customers.
- Stay informed of market and professional developments, and apply this knowledge to the work.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Several years of experience as a Sales Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of accountancy processes and commerce.
- Familiarity with Caseware products is an asset.
- Affinity with accountancy and ICT.
- Eager to learn, show initiative, and seize opportunities.
- Independent, yet approachable with colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
