About the Role:

This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
  2. Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders across the organization to build support for change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  3. Creating communication plans and delivering targeted messages to various stakeholder groups using tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and intranet community groups
  4. Understanding business needs and designing and delivering training programs that support change adoption
  5. Conducting assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on different business areas and developing mitigation strategies to address any negative impacts
  6. Providing support and guidance during the implementation of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a true passion for data analysis and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in communication, organizational psychology, change management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Ability to understand the broader business strategy and translate it into actionable change management plans and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess the impact of change and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
