About the Role

Capgemini Denmark is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve business value through the use of Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their complex business processes and requirements, helping them develop Sales/Service and wider Salesforce solutions while adding business value and innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops, communicate effectively, and act as the interface between the client and our Salesforce consultants to ensure requirements are translated into solutions.
  • Add significant value to projects by recommending and suggesting features that meet client needs and configuring Salesforce features.
  • Act as the Salesforce functional expert, exceeding client expectations and maximizing investment from the Salesforce platform, using your inquiring mind to solve complex business challenges.
  • Spend significant time face-to-face with clients, developing your professional communication, presentation, and design thinking capabilities.

Requirements

  • Good experience of Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis covering one or more of the core Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience Clouds.
  • Experience working on large complex end-user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end users.
  • Certified as a Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Community Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience of agile project delivery and working as part of a wider team that includes highly skilled Salesforce developers, change management consultants, and testers.
  • Proven experience taking conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog, and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders in a jargon-free and easy-to-understand way.
  • Experience working with 3rd party delivery partners and AppExchange vendors is a plus (e.g., Mulesoft, Apptus, etc.).

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately DKK 1,100,000 - DKK 1,400,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and lifestyle policies enabling our employees to balance their individual, family, and work-life needs.
