The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Expert to join our Negotiation and Contract Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving optimal commercial outcomes and ensuring efficient contract execution across a diverse portfolio of suppliers, manufacturers, and partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Contract Frameworks: Enhance global contract templates to be best-in-class and meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Optimizing Contract Management Processes: Drive continuous improvements in contract management within the Strategy, Sourcing, and Negotiation Centre of Excellence to ensure efficiency and alignment across teams.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage the contract template forum across procurement, legal, and negotiation teams to integrate market trends and insights from recent negotiations.
  • Driving High-Impact Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with global suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and establish robust, future-proof contracts.
  • Building Contracting Excellence: Elevate contract management by developing knowledge-sharing tools, simplifying processes, and providing training to strengthen contract and commercial management across the organization.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in law, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in contracting and commercial management, with a strong understanding of business models and negotiations.
  • Proven ability of complex commercial contract drafting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in business partnering within a matrix organization.
  • Full proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
