Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

The role is responsible for deploying and maintaining equipment related to Apple's internet-facing applications. Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join us in this exciting opportunity.

• Prepare and maintain records of all inventory and provide regular reports to management.
• Provide input to forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing processes for data center consumables.
• Offer daily guidance, training, and oversight to the inventory control team.
• Conduct daily operations and inventory room oversight using Lean and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with local cross-functional teams and peers in remote locations.
• Develop, document, and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory programs, investigating shortages and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with inventory processes and procedures.

• Prior experience in inventory management and/or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with ERP and manual inventory practices.
• Ability to communicate and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Process improvement and standardization skills.
• Experience working with multifunctional teams and providing peer leadership.
• A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and handle various tasks simultaneously in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

• Experience with SAP, Excel, inventory management software, and inventory tracking practices.
