Job Description

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals and driving the development of our finance processes and products.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in financial management, with experience in M&A, restructuring, and project management. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to provide change management support and drive business initiatives.

You will also be responsible for defining, tracking, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and project portfolio. Additionally, you will be expected to drive our continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial disciplines, including financial management, accounting, and financial analysis. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in financial management, with experience in M&A, restructuring, and project management
  • Strong understanding of financial disciplines, including financial management, accounting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of finance professionals
  • Results-driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
