About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our Asset Management team at Sund & Bælt. As a PMO Lead, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong PMO function, ensuring effective project management and delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of PMO in the day-to-day management of projects, including ensuring efficient workflows and reporting.
  • Assist in the handover of new projects to Asset Management.
  • Manage and report on supplier and consultant agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors for maintenance projects.
  • Analyze and optimize database-driven maintenance systems.
  • Lead and execute development projects and strategic initiatives independently.
  • Support the Head of PMO in coordinating and preparing materials for business meetings and board meetings.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a team player who can collaborate with others.
  • Results-oriented, structured, and able to handle complex problems and routine tasks.
  • Develops natural and independent relationships across functions and management levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with leadership support.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
About the Team

You will be part of a relatively new PMO team, with only one department head. You will be part of a skilled and experienced Asset Management leadership team, with a strong focus on collaboration across departments.
