Job Details

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Fermentation to lead our bioprocess development efforts. You'll be responsible for managing scale-up from lab to commercial production, coordinating cross-team collaborations, and contributing to patent filings.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of industrial fermentation experience, preferably with scale-up expertise
  • Relevant education (PhD or MSc) in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of statistics and experimental design
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate scientific data into actionable decisions
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency
