About the Opportunity

Pandora's Supply Chain Technology department is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join the 'Integrated Planning' product line team. This role focuses on supporting key capabilities within Merchandising, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Planning.

As our new colleague, you will be part of our Agile ways-of-working and work across value streams with a strong focus on Demand Planning & Allocation.

You will drive technology innovation and capability building in an extremely competitive market, especially focusing on ongoing initiatives at Pandora around ERP modernization & introducing a new E2E Integrated Planning solution – o9.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent preferred, with prior exposure to and expertise in working within supply chain planning functions (demand planning, supply & capacity planning, merchandise planning, assortment planning)
  • Experience from retail, fashion, FMCG industry highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, technology or economics; Master's qualifications is a plus
  • Prior experience working in an Agile setup
  • Experience in the development of documentation of business process, requirements and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits
  • Experience conducting interviews and workshops for requirements gathering and validation including working with internal customers and both internal and external technical experts
  • Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies
