About the Job

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Metro Service A/S. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a central role in implementing and driving our Copenhagen Metro IT infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced system administrator to contribute to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer Microsoft-based services including Windows server 2019/2022, IIS, and SQL
  • Maintain our IT infrastructure both on-premises and in Azure
  • Administer VMware and virtualized server environments
  • Veeam Backup administration
  • Entra ID/Active directory administration
  • Microsoft 365 Administrations
  • Administration of on-premises and browser-based applications
  • Mobility and Mobile Device Management solutions
  • Network, printer, and computer configurations
  • Identity and Access Management (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policies) including user administration
  • General automation including planned administrative tasks
  • Cyber and information security support

Requirements:

  • A relevant IT education and minimum 3-5 years' work experience as an IT system administrator
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand users' problems quickly
  • Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and be a fully engaged team player
  • Broad IT technical understanding and experience possibly with public transport
  • Fluent English language skills oral and written
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 SharePoint/cloud solutions; SAP R3/S4 a plus
