Your New Role

This isn't just another sustainability role – it is your opportunity to create measurable positive wide-ranging impact across a global pharmaceutical company focused on brain health. As our Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Engagement Manager, you'll lead the efforts that influence our Scope 3 decarbonization ambitions and build meaningful and mutually beneficial partnerships with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to a healthier planet and society.

You will:

  • Develop and put into action a sustainable procurement strategy, including supplier engagement frameworks, ESG integration, and decarbonization initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of policies, metrics, and standards for responsible sourcing practices.
  • Lead supplier sustainability engagement programs, focusing on climate action as well as environmental and social performance improvements.
  • Design and implement supplier recognition programs to incentivize sustainability excellence.
  • Oversee sustainability impact and risk assessment and due diligence processes across the supply chain.
