About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Fill & Finish Expansions program, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating implementation across our global sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation
  • Define the scope of standards implementation
  • Drive and execute the project plan, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions and speed of implementation
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects
  • Involve with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners
Requirements
  • A master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation, IT or another relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience within IT/OT implementation in Production Facility in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry, preferably within Warehousing and Intralogistics solutions
  • Experience with operating IT/OT Systems within GxP environment
  • Experience with implementation/deployment of Automated Warehouse/Intralogistics solutions
  • Great stakeholder management skills complimented by fluent communication in English
About the Department

Our department, DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions, is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

We aim to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.

As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
