Senior Automation Project Manager, Intralogistics

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Fill & Finish Expansions program, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating implementation across our global sites.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining the scope of standards implementation
- Driving and executing the project plan, managing stakeholders, challenging solutions and speed of implementation
- Ensuring compliance and quality in all parts of the projects
- Collaborating with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners
Beyond the execution and control of the project, you will be responsible for shaping best practices and standards together with your colleagues in the Warehouse team and the extended IT & Automation team.
About the DepartmentOur department, DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions, is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future. Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.
RequirementsTo be a competitive candidate, you may have:
- A master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation or/and IT and have technical experience from the automation/production industry – preferably within warehousing and Intralogistics solutions
- At least, 4 years of experience within IT/OT implementation in Pharmaceutical Production Facility and 3 years of experience with operating IT/OT Systems within GxP environment
- Experience working within implementation/deployment of Automated Warehouse/Intralogistics solutions
- Knowledge in vendor management
- Experience from GMP regulated industry environment and implementation of SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems would be an advantage
