Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow business in the Vet Channel with Hill's Prescription Diet and Vet Essentials brands
  • Contribute to building Hill's brand awareness and differentiated image by connecting with pet owners and influencers through multiple touch points
  • Acquire and convert pet owners to Hill's brand feeding
  • Lead marketing plans, campaigns, and execution of plans to support Hill's brands to grow Share of Market (SOM) in Therapeutic Segment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience working in a Consumer Marketing Company in Marketing. At least 3 years as in brand management
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/ Economics)
  • Leadership Skills, Focus of Learning and Development
  • Strong analytical skills in regards to data and consumer studies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work experience with professional associations (pet clinics and veterinary) is an advantage
