We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Brand Ambassador to lead and engage our retailer's teams and managers with our unique vision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching retailer's teams to sell our products and achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Facilitating mini events in store to promote our brand experience and magic service while delivering sales.
  • Supporting visual merchandising, product layout, and VM standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your manager.
  • Develop and implement a compelling eventing plan for all stores in your area.
  • Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered by embedding our magic service methodology.
  • Share sales and KPI results with your line manager on a regular basis.
Requirements
