Job Title: Payroll & HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Partner to join our team at BEC. As a key member of our People Data & Payroll team, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll and HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Provide HR support to employees, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and requirements
  • Participate in projects to improve data quality and flow
  • Reconcile payroll and HR-related data
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide ad-hoc data extracts and statistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll calculation, preferably in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of Polish legislation, including labor law and tax
  • Experience with HR and payroll providers
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP
