The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the product management of our Contracts products. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for planning and executing new development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product designers, tech leads, and other stakeholders to prioritize product development initiatives.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their needs, synthesizing input and feedback into informed decisions about product development.
  • Work closely with the Contracts product team to ensure alignment with business goals and vision.
  • Contribute to building a culture of customer-led product design through data-driven solutions.
  • Perform market analysis to inform the product roadmap and determine market positioning.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the platform is designed and built to relevant requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven record of accomplishment in managing all aspects of a digital product, ideally delivering large-scale cloud-based services.
  • Experience with product management, agile software development, and collaboration in multidisciplinary product teams.
  • Comfortable with complex problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Keen sense of business value and prioritization.
  • Approachable, excellent communicator – presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally is second nature.
  • A self-starter who enjoys and has experience owning, shaping, transforming, and delivering a world-class product.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with product management of SaaS products that facilitate document and/or contract workflows.
  • Understanding of (or experience from) the shipping industry.
