About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S - BRx. As a key member of our Corporate Vice President's (CVP) support team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic activities and ensuring business execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic planning process within the area, taking the lead on key strategic projects and business processes that require a focus on change management and project planning.
  • Assist the CVP in interactions with and reporting to senior management forums.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of upcoming and ongoing organizational activities.
  • Proactively assist the CVP with day-to-day activities, including preparing presentations and following up on various tasks.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive excellence and independently manage internal improvement activities and projects.
  • Participate in the core CVP support team alongside the Personal Assistant (PA), Human Resources (HR), Executive Assistant (EA), and the CVP.
  • Be motivated for a future leadership role as the area grows.
About the Department

FPM Engineering is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimize processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices.

In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardization, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in roles related to Senior Strategy Partner, project management, and strategy planning.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a good understanding of the pharmaceutical Value Chain and Supply Chain.
  • The ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up in a proactive manner.
  • Fluent in English and skilled in using MS Office.
  • Several years of experience with leadership and people management would be advantageous.

Also, your well-structured approach to your tasks demonstrates responsibility and you have a quality mindset and can maintain an overview in a very dynamic environment. Lastly, you have the ability to work independently and initiate, drive, and own initiatives while also being a strong team player.
