Business Support Consultant for Tech

Are you a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Business Support Consultant for Tech to join our team at Danske Bank. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the portfolio of work within the Office of the CTO, ensuring timely task execution and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task & backlog management: Manage and prioritize the backlog of tasks initiated by the CTO, Executive Advisor, Executive Leadership Team, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Delivery ownership: Set up timelines, milestones, and sign-off processes for each task, coordinating with the Executive Advisor and ensuring smooth task execution.
  • Executive support: Work closely with the Personal Assistant and Executive Advisor to manage the CTO's daily tasks and ensure Tier 2 decisions and day-to-day actions are handled in collaboration with the Executive Advisor.
  • Milestone monitoring: Follow up with the various teams to ensure task milestones are met, while regularly updating the Executive Advisor on progress.
  • Repository management: Own and maintain the central repository for the CTO's office, ensuring it is always up-to-date, organized, and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Project management expertise: Experience managing high-volume task backlogs and project delivery processes.
  • Stakeholder management skills: Ability to work with senior leadership and key stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
  • Organizational excellence: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and ensure tasks are organized and structured efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving: An analytical mindset and the ability to set up systems that streamline the delivery process while keeping everyone informed.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior stakeholders and ensuring clarity in task management.
