As a Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with stakeholders, defining marketing processes, and evaluating roles and responsibilities. You will work closely with our technology, data, creative, and client teams to deliver exceptional results.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Conducting interviews with external and internal stakeholders to gather information about client marketing processes
  • Defining client marketing processes by evaluating inputs and tailoring the process to fit the client's ambition, situation, and organization
  • Evaluating and redefining client roles and responsibilities to integrate with new processes
  • Assessing client platform landscapes to determine if current platforms can support the process and implementing or adapting platforms as needed
  • Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations on how to optimize performance
  • Developing operational playbooks and presentations
  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and templates
  • Supporting clients in implementing new processes and evaluating feedback, change suggestions, and potential issues


As a Business Process Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and international environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. Key qualifications include:




  • A relevant master's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an agency or consultancy background
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in complex environments both independently and as part of a team
