About the Role
Agilent is seeking a skilled Curriculum Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing education solutions for instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning using instructional design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop education solutions for instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning using instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve curriculum and course content issues.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise in the areas of Gas Chromatography and analytical chemistry methodology.
- Project manage education product development with vendors and consultants.
- Support the deployment of courses to local delivery organizations.
- Deliver select training through various mediums.
- Lead and participate in projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a related field, such as analytical chemistry.
- Several years of relevant work experience, including specific experience working in/around regulated laboratory environments.
- Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
- Knowledge of Agilent Gas Chromatography systems and techniques, including method workflows and GC method development.
- Practical experience with Agilent GC troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
