About This Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transfer Pricing Manager to join our dynamic Global Tax team.

In this regional role, you will focus on business partnering, transfer pricing advisory, and managing TP controversies.

You will be uniquely positioned at the intersection of Maersk's commercial activities and the tax, transfer pricing, and finance functions that support our integrator strategy.

Main Responsibilities">
  1. Business Partnering: Work closely with the business to develop and implement transfer pricing strategies that align with our goals.
  2. TP Audit Management: Lead the management of transfer pricing audits in the region, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. TP Model Implementation: Implement effective transfer pricing models for acquired companies in your region, working closely with finance and other teams.
  4. TP Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the TP function and drive change through process enhancements.
  5. Project Participation: Contribute to projects involving transfer pricing issues, leveraging your expertise to drive business results.

Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, ideally with international exposure from industry and/or a Big 4 advisory environment.
  • Strong technical skills in transfer pricing, with a focus on business applications.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-functional, and regional projects.
  • A proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on driving process changes and improvements in a dynamic regional context.
