About the Role:

Famly is seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead our global revenue growth strategy and drive sustainable expansion across the US, Europe, and the UK. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth plan, leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and revenue operations to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a global revenue growth strategy, identifying new opportunities for expansion and driving sustainable growth across our markets.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 6 direct reports and a 50+ person organization, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our revenue operations.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, informing our revenue growth strategy and ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.

  • Pricing and Revenue Models: Establish pricing models and strategies that maximize revenue and align with our long-term vision, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Sales Process Improvement: Assess and improve our sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure, and metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Global Vision: Develop and execute a global vision for commercial growth, driving expansion and revenue growth across our markets.

  • Culture and Leadership: Foster a high-performing culture, leading by example and setting the tone for our organization's values and behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a SaaS revenue growth role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth plans.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
