Are you an administrative professional seeking a challenging role that combines financial management, coordination, and team collaboration? We are looking for a skilled Department Assistant to join our Study Programmes team.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Global Senior Director and Leadership team to ensure smooth budget processes, efficient planning, accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures, and providing insightful reports to aid decision-making processes. You will also oversee all aspects of the annual management cycle, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of key tasks and deadlines.

To excel in this role, you should possess highly developed budget management skills, a strong business acumen, and excellent proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Fluency in English is also essential. As an individual, you should demonstrate a proactive mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a healthy sense of humour contributing to a positive work environment.
