Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic initiatives as the Head of Strategy & Execution. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for steering our cross-functional projects, driving business development, and reporting to the Board on our strategic roadmap. Your role will involve assessing new market opportunities, challenging our product roadmap, and participating in M&A activities. You will also serve as a strategic sparring partner to our CEO, contributing valuable insights and expertise to inform our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Corporate strategic planning
* Driving and prioritizing Veo's cross-functional and corporate projects
* Business development, including assessing new market opportunities and participating in M&A activities
* Reporting to the Board on the development of Veo's strategic roadmap
* Strategic sparring partner to Veo's CEO
Requirements:
A successful candidate will possess several years of management consultancy experience combined with corporate transformation experience. They will have experience working with C-level stakeholders and diverse teams, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for developing and presenting new ideas and conceptualizing solutions. Advanced interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a great sense of responsibility are essential for this role.
