About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to promote our innovative Cubic products and solutions to prospective and existing named accounts in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for maintaining long-term business relationships and creating profitable sustainable business growth, including the pull-through of all Rockwell Automation's businesses.

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve sales targets for Cubic products & solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
  • Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
  • Support customer proposals and requests for information.
  • Utilize Global Sales & Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure smooth sales and pipeline development activities.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term business relationships. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to translate technical terms into everyday language.

Additionally, you should have experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the same sector, and be familiar with similar positions in commercial management. Strong business acumen and the ability to set and be accountable for challenging targets are essential.
