- As an Aseptic Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness and ramp-up projects across our aseptic manufacturing network worldwide.
- You will work closely with our manufacturing sites, stakeholders, and experts to develop and implement solutions that maximize capacities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for growth and optimize our operations to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational readiness and ramp-up projects across our aseptic manufacturing network.
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites, stakeholders, and experts to develop and implement solutions that maximize capacities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and develop solutions to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- A MSc Degree in economics, business administration, engineering, science, or medical fields.
- +3 years of work experience with operational excellence, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving skills combined with a track record of driving strategic processes.
- Professional proficiency in English.
