Job Overview

Orbex is a leading micro-launch company that is rapidly growing and expanding its operations. We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inventory of goods and materials at our Copenhagen manufacturing facility and Faxe engine testing facility.
  • Track goods coming in and out, and perform preliminary shipment inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Implement inventory control processes, including inputting delivery notes and stock location details into the ERP system (Odoo), to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Group to facilitate the execution of all required inspection levels.
  • Schedule and manage large deliveries to ensure safe handling and space requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Confident in working with ERP software, specifically Odoo.
  • Ability to develop and implement new systems and procedures.
  • Strong planning and prioritizing skills to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Excellent people skills and a strong sense of urgency.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of BoM, route, and fundamental production planning concepts.
  • Background in warehousing, logistics, process, quality or manufacturing of high precision parts.
  • Track record of working with cross-functional teams on project-based activities.
