Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans for knit collection development, working closely with buyers, designers, and suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that products meet quality and style standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
