Job Description

This Project HSE Specialist role is responsible for implementing and continuously improving Hitachi Energy's operating unit management system and local requirements in Denmark for the Nordic cluster. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing customer HSE requirements and demonstrating how Hitachi Energy will manage HSE through the lifecycle of the project.
  2. Preparing the Project HSE Plan as well as other HSE-related documentation.
  3. Ensuring activities under the scope of Hitachi Energy are in compliance with legal and contractual HSE requirements.
  4. Producing reports for Project Reviews, both internal and Customer, and attending Project Review meetings to ensure the Hitachi Energy HSE Operating System remains suitable, adequate, and effective.
  5. Reviewing HSE documentation from all Hitachi Energy subcontractors and supporting subcontractors to meet internal and Project HSE requirements.
