This role requires a high degree of expertise in project planning and risk management, particularly in the areas of construction, service, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project planning strategies that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with construction, service, and tools departments, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project planning lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate planning interface risks and obstacles in project planning and execution, facilitating mitigation strategies and solutions across functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, supply chain planning, or a related field.
  • Verified history of record in project planning and management for large-scale offshore, energy, or infrastructure projects within the fields of construction, service, and associated tools.
  • Capability to understand and link operational reality and field experience with construction, service, and tools service to an overall project, portfolio, commercial and big picture context.
  • Experience in project execution, either on the turbine OEM or offshore wind park developer side, preferably including earlier development stages as well as e.g. scoping and contracting.
