Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT System Manager to join our Emerging Technologies team at Novo Nordisk A/S.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and understanding of GMP/GAMP principles, as well as excellent documentation skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate records on equipment state, including User Review Reports and Configuration Reports.
  2. Handling deviations and change requests, ensuring timely follow-up actions.
  3. Coordinating minor projects and IT validation activities, demonstrating quality-mindedness and ability to execute within deadlines.
  4. Managing the operation and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

The successful candidate will participate in audits and inspections, identifying solutions to compliance gaps and coordinating vendor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment is preferred.
  • Strong interest in gaining knowledge within IT.
  • Systematic and scientific approach to work.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.

Desirable qualities include experience in production or IT, as well as a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high-quality documentation.
