As a Reliability Centered Maintenance Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Area Wind's strategy to optimize the maintenance operational life and yield of our operating assets.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Single Point Of Contact for assigned assets planned for Maintenance Strategy implementation, including stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Data gathering, processing, and gap analysis in preparation of FMECA
  • Support FMECA implementation, participate in FMECA workshop sessions.
  • Populate templates for revised SAP task lists including spares and tools
  • Provide Hypercare support on-site including offshore visits before implementation in SAP
  • Gatekeeper role for TECH tickets related to maintenance change requests
  • Ad hoc support for maintenance processes, improvement projects, and other team deliverables agreed on an ongoing basis

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude and an owner's mindset that proactively contributes to the wider team objectives is essential.
