We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our CRM & Operations team at Mynewsdesk. As we embark on a transformative journey, we're looking to bolster our team with an expert who can shape our operational focus and become a cornerstone in our company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CRM administrator, with at least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce environment. They should possess excellent analytical skills, strong understanding of CRM principles, and proficiency in Flow and automations.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM data, managing user access, refining system customizations, and automating workflows to boost efficiency. You will also conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and optimise performance.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, as well as a flexible working environment, generous wellness allowance, and 30 days of vacation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator, with at least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce environment
  • Minimum certification requirements: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Additional requirements are beneficial such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certification, etc
  • Proficient in Flow and automations
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles, practices, strategies, and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in generating CRM reports that influence strategic decisions
  • Proficient in creating user-friendly CRM training materials and conducting training sessions
  • Experience with SaaS, subscription products and CPQ is an advantage
