PepsiCo is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Franchise and Food business in the Nordics region. This role will be based in Copenhagen and report to the Senior HR Business Partner, Commercial NL & Nordics.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a matrix FMCG environment. They will be responsible for supporting employees in the Nordics region, providing guidance on labor-related matters, and collaborating with the Northern Europe HR team on local projects.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Providing operational support to the PepsiCo Nordics team, including HR administrative tasks and payroll management.
- Serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters in the Copenhagen office.
- Closely collaborating with the People Operations team in Krakow to ensure seamless support for employees in the region.
- Leading the continuous updating of the employee handbook and intranet to reflect new policies and local regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, interpersonal influencing skills, and the ability to build relationships and networks both within HR and business communities at a local and European level.
