We're currently looking for a talented Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our company's transformation journey.

You'll be responsible for capturing, sorting, improving, reporting, and analyzing data outputs from projects, as well as gathering and maintaining project documentation from project managers.

Your tasks will also include coordinating and analyzing project updates from project teams, highlighting risks and delays, and providing support to various IT departments.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams and contribute to our goal of delivering innovative digital services to most Danish households and businesses.

About You

We're looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset who isn't afraid of testing different approaches.

You should be able to express ideas or facts in a clear, concise, and open manner, actively listen and proactively share knowledge, handle conflict effectively, and find common ground.

You'll also need to have solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as being a natural facilitator and enjoying leading meetings and workshops.

In addition, you should be open to change and flexible in an ever-growing environment, with the ability to reflect on experiences and modify your own behavior to pursue continuous improvements.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of around 65,000 - 80,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development.
